Memorandum of Understanding

The Memorandum of Understanding is a formal agreement to explore ways in which the ISOs can work together cooperatively to resolve present and future interregional issues. 
The objectives of the agreement are:

• Enhance interregional reliability through coordinated operations and planning.
• Facilitate broader competitive markets.
• Improve flow of information to market participants and the public.
